Ray has a physical store in Mission Viejo filled with beautiful samples of everything from cabinets, flooring, quartz and more so on top of everything else, he is able to offer very convenient "one stop shopping."
On top of all this, their rates were highly competitive. We could not recommend this company more highly.

We contracted with Ray Dinesh to install laminate flooring throughout all rooms in our single level home. Ray was a low-pressure easygoing guy to work with, he made it so easy for us.
Ray suggested that we buy a sample box of what we'd chosen and I'm so grateful we did. It turned out to be not what we wanted at all. We settled on a different product by Johnson Hardwood and we love it, (Viceroy Laminate Random Plank). It is absolutely gorgeous!
Ray's installers, Enrique and Sergio were great. They arrived each morning and worked diligently through to completion. They strive to make the homeowners happy. Our slab was extremely "wavy" which required leveling in each room. It's a time-consuming process and they were able to successfully prep the surface to accommodate our beautiful floors.
Ray visited our job multiple times to check in with us. His relaxed demeanor makes the experience of the whole-house-dismantling-process much less stressful. We are pleased with the end result and are happy that we chose Royal Floors as our flooring contractor. We highly recommended them.

Ray Danesh was a pleasure to work with. He has done carpeting and luxury vinyl throughout my entire house. They also did new cabinetry with a quartz countertop and they fixed a wood piece in my door. In all instances, his workers have been professional, on time, and courteous.
Ray went above and beyond to have two of our mirrors cut down to size to perfectly fit underneath the new cabinets that they installed.
Their showroom in Mission Viejo is extremely useful to find good quality flooring, countertops and cabinetry. They also helped us to eyeball what would look good when it came to the color scheme with vinyl, cabinets and the quartz. It looks fantastic.

I hired Ray as my general contractor to help me after a water leak destroyed my whole downstairs. He had come over several times to give me quotes on different flooring and mentioned he could handle the whole kitchen remodel, flooring, and downstairs bathroom. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work of he has done. He suggested flooring and it was such a great fit. All of his contractors who came to my house to do the work were knowledgeable and efficient at doing their work. Ray was here visiting almost everyday and very accessible by phone. I just bought a new house and installed new flooring. Using Royal flooring was the best decision i made. The fastest, cleanest, and most honest company. They took less than a week to finish the job! They’re truly unbelievable, they are so patient, respectful, and professional. They never gave us no for an answer! The perfection you get for the price you pay is unmatched. I had the best experience with Royal Flooring in Mission Viejo. The owner, Ray, is experienced and he is honest. He didn't try to sell me on anything. He patiently answered my many questions on flooring types. He carries a large selection of flooring, and even ordered lesser known samples, that I'd asked him about, so I'd have as many choices as possible. With 28 years of experience, his lead installer went above and beyond. My sub floors were old, and in many places, cracked and uneven. They took great care prepping with concrete and additional wood to ensure a smooth surface upon which to install. My floors are gorgeous, and my old house looks new. We are very happy we went with Royal Flooring. They are honest, competent, and hard-working. I would absolutely use them again, and highly recommend them.
